      Pros

      PVH is definitely a family-oriented business. My Center Manager was permitted to work 9-5 and one weekend day. My store took a lot of pride in our hard work ethic and found common ground to enjoy each other's company.

      Cons

      "Weekly Communication" was largely ignored. Disciplinary action was left to the manager's discretion and frequently you could not find support from your immediate supervisor. They left you floundering if it was a business-first decision and not a feelings-first decision.

      Hybrid work environment. Decent benefits. Great brands!

      Cons

      Constant reorg and a revolving door of senior leadership in the past 6 years. Those who are left are asked to do more with less. Culture is far from what it historically has been.
