Pros
Huge balance between work and life because it seems that no one really work hard in this company
Cons
Tremendous hierarchy; All interactions, even with HR, are mediated through 'tickets,' which ironically limits human contact; The project management are extremely inefficient, and the business team displays a level of amateurishness that I've not seen elsewhere; With literally hundreds of VPs, the higher management seems to expect we know they all and we should praise then but in reality no one care; The tech department is so amateur that they should be grateful for the consultancies to keep it moving; Lack of leadership; Salaries below market; No transparency. Overall, it embodies a stereotypical USA company culture where personal lives often take a backseat to career "growth" and title chasing; No benefits at all, you're granted with a discount on their stores but you can get a better price if you wait at the end of season.
