      Such a good company, all higher management easy to talk to & visits stores. Most important always wants to hear feedback of the teams working on the shopfloor & takes action. Good salary & bonus & staff discount.

      Cons

      If you want to be successful as a leader you need to be flexible with your work hours all times.

      Hybrid work environment. Decent benefits. Great brands!

      Cons

      Constant reorg and a revolving door of senior leadership in the past 6 years. Those who are left are asked to do more with less. Culture is far from what it historically has been.
