Pros

Good group of coworkers, good work-life balance

Cons

Dominated by men; particularly men on the Conference side, who all control the departments on the Networks side. Women do not get promotions, advancement, mentorship. President of Networks is largely a female figurehead who gets steamrolled by male leadership (commissioner, associate commissioner, general counsel, other VPs). Men joke around in the office, goof off, slack off, the women put their heads down and grind the work out. Women are in service-oriented roles, men are behind closed doors actually making the decisions to guide the company. Several high-profile women have been terminated. Ladies, if you're on the up and up, take your talents elsewhere.

Working there, I was surrounded by some of the hardest working and selfless people I have ever worked with. Really brought the morale up and made it a joy to come to work every day from the people.

Cons

Pac-12 layoffs (not a con, but expected from the changes in the conference]
