They do not promote from within. Lots of interoffice gossip, putting people down. No one in Management will ever take responsibility for their actions and will gladly see their "lower" employees fall and write them up for their mistakes. They want you to give your all and then some, but will not give back. They make you feel like its the only place you can work.
