Pros
A mission based in improving people’s overall wellness, positive and enthusiastic leadership, compensation, autonomy & flexibility in your work. I also really appreciate the transparency, I’ve never really experienced this level of being in the know. It makes working in accounting much more exciting.
Cons
This is my first time working for a start-up, letting go of my expectations of how things are “supposed to work” was difficult for me as well as adjusting to the pace of change. If you’re not new to the start-up world, these aspects probably wouldn’t effect you.
