promising products and strong engineering

Cons

constant priority change, top heavy with management. High ops turnover rate. Lower/midlevel no bonus no equity. All engineering, sales , and PMO have incentives

Pros

- Pay is higher than all the DoD contractors in the region. - Work-life balance is fantastic. - Opportunities to work enterprise-level software all the way down to bare metal software. - 1st company that I've worked for that genuinely puts the war fighter customer's needs above all else.

Cons

- There seems to be an equal number of VPs and pee-ons. - Org charts change often. - Raises have been lowest I've seen (could have to do with starting salary being so high). - Not really a place to move up the ladder if that is your thing. - Lacks real systems engineering requirements and analysis processes. - Too few contracts/programs (eggs all in one basket).
