      Great pay and work-life balance, but limited upward mobility

      Pros

      - Pay is higher than all the DoD contractors in the region. - Work-life balance is fantastic. - Opportunities to work enterprise-level software all the way down to bare metal software. - 1st company that I've worked for that genuinely puts the war fighter customer's needs above all else.

      Cons

      - There seems to be an equal number of VPs and pee-ons. - Org charts change often. - Raises have been lowest I've seen (could have to do with starting salary being so high). - Not really a place to move up the ladder if that is your thing. - Lacks real systems engineering requirements and analysis processes. - Too few contracts/programs (eggs all in one basket).

      constant priority change, top heavy with management. High ops turnover rate. Lower/midlevel no bonus no equity. All engineering, sales , and PMO have incentives

      Pros

      If you excel at ineptitude this is a perfect place for you. For new employees starting out with little to no experience this is a great place to move up the ladder without actually being good at your job.

      Cons

      Highly dysfunctional company that has no idea what they are doing and has multiple internal discrepancies that result in a stressful working environment and poor products.
