      - Totally no directions, structure - Anyhow hire people in, not job fit - Always scheduling useless meetings that will ends later than working hours or start after working hours - No benefits, AWS, just basic salary - 100% family run business - Inflexible working style and mindset - Arrogant higher management that only knows how to šŸ¤˜šŸ» - Nothing fantastic with the company

      HR & managers are approachable. Colleagues are friendly.

      Cons

      They didn't tell me what I did wrong In front of me they told me I did a great job but behind my back they told the manager that I wasn't progressing well. I was just given a little work so most of the time I was just doing nothing.
