- Very high interview success rate - Very relax - Good balcony seaport view - Suitable for those seeking retirement work life
Cons
- Totally no directions, structure - Anyhow hire people in, not job fit - Always scheduling useless meetings that will ends later than working hours or start after working hours - No benefits, AWS, just basic salary - 100% family run business - Inflexible working style and mindset - Arrogant higher management that only knows how to 🤘🏻 - Nothing fantastic with the company

1) Salary finish already then receive pay-slip 2) Anyhow cut staff's salary 3) Employee benefits sucks 4) No AWS 5) No Bonus 6) No Increment 7) Anyhow hire people. Those have no experience able to get a manager role. 8) 99% Success rate of being fired.
