      the residence/tenant's. helping tenant's and caring about their needs.

      Cons

      everything. management is horrible, their out of state. its a huge turn over, mold infested properties, they do not fit units in timely manner. they do not pay you your bonus. etc.,

      Pros

      Nice community of people and children in the neighborhood. Regional manager seems to be on top of things.

      Cons

      Bad relationship with vendors and late payments to them make doing my job harder than it needs to be. Company also lacks amenities such as a golf kart. Property manager is tough to deal with.
