      Pros

      My leasing agent was the only good thing I had!

      Cons

      Property conditions Not properly staffing property. Lack of communication Only worried about numbers not the day to day issues of the property. Horrible benefits you earn 1 hour PTO each check. Don’t pay vendors on time even when you submit invoices on time. Force good people out only want people who to do the bare minimum for the property and residents. Never saw regional once I was assigned a different regional.

      Pros

      Nice community of people and children in the neighborhood. Regional manager seems to be on top of things.

      Cons

      Bad relationship with vendors and late payments to them make doing my job harder than it needs to be. Company also lacks amenities such as a golf kart. Property manager is tough to deal with.
