Hardworking people. Ability to dive into a lot of different projects at once and contribute in a meaningful way. Fun company culture and a lot of upside for hardwork.

Small company so processes aren't always perfect and many are created with new business that arises.

Packed Party was acquired by Bioworld and things are so different. Jordan has moved on from the company and the entire office environment is different. We are able to create, share and work without fear. The employees are amazingly talented and it's so nice to see everyone working as well as they are now.

As with any company that is owned by another, it's easy to feel a bit disconnected from the corporate office but this is so small in comparison to the previous cons of working for Packed Party prior to acquisition.
