Pros

There simply are no pros to this company - other than you will GREATLY appreciate any other job tremendously more once you leave. The fact that the CEO needs to create fake accounts to combat the (yes somewhat harsh) but brutally honest reviews on here, is repulsive. The "perks" and "super cute" office act as smoke & mirrors to what is truly happening behind the curtain of Packed Party.

Cons

I've never experienced someone belittling employees as Jordan does. Each day you had no idea what type of environment you were walking into. The passive-aggressive mean girls' mentality is incredibly disappointing. For someone who has such an incredible drive as a true girl boss, it's disheartening to see how erratic and childlike she is in how she manages the company. At the end of the day, we were creating confetti backpacks.. not curing the world of actual problems. Turnover is incredibly high due to the amount of micro-managing, incredibly long hours, lack of respect, and total delusion of the real issues facing the company. If you're looking for a professional work environment, this isn't it. I'm truly disappointed and hope this company makes some massive changes, fast.

Pros

I’m not really sure what the pros are. During my time there I witnessed some of the most disgusting and unprofessional words and actions ever before. Very manipulating and fear based is what the company is. 4 people have quit within 1 month. If that doesn’t say something I don’t know what will. The reviews on here are forced just like liking their own posts. You’re scolded and looked down upon if you don’t like the company’s posts or reshare them. During one of their weekly “motivational meetings” they called out the entire room saying there are A players but not everyone sitting in the room was an A player (what professional company does that) *fear based. They constantly threaten their employees that if they leave they will ruin their lives. The CEO has written so many fake reviews on here, so don’t believe it. When people have quit with more than enough notice, they say they fired them. *Fear based. If you want to be micromanaged and constantly told you aren’t good enough despite working 10 hour days, required to take your computer home every night, working on PTO days, as well as sick days- go right ahead and apply.

Cons

Everything that is a con is a pro.

Pros

It is amazing to work in a place that truly does brighten customers days. However, behind those products are anxious, burnt out employees that have been overworked and criticized daily.

Cons

I struggled to write a review for a while but when I finally felt comfortable enough to do so on Glassdoor I was astounded that so many people felt the way I did. I went into this job bright eyed and inspired and left broken and disappointed and a shell of myself. After reading the reviews, it is clear that nothing has changed since I left a while ago.
