      Wow, Totally Different - Anonymous employee Packed Party Employee Review

      Pros

      Packed Party was acquired by Bioworld and things are so different. Jordan has moved on from the company and the entire office environment is different. We are able to create, share and work without fear. The employees are amazingly talented and it's so nice to see everyone working as well as they are now.

      Cons

      As with any company that is owned by another, it's easy to feel a bit disconnected from the corporate office but this is so small in comparison to the previous cons of working for Packed Party prior to acquisition.

      Pros

      Hardworking people. Ability to dive into a lot of different projects at once and contribute in a meaningful way. Fun company culture and a lot of upside for hardwork.

      Cons

      Small company so processes aren't always perfect and many are created with new business that arises.

      Pros

      - You might meet awesome people while trauma bonding over a terrible job - Free samples (but might break or not work after a few months) - You'll learn how to spot red flags real easily when applying for your next job - You'll gain lots of horror stories to tell of terrible experiences from this terrible job

      Cons

      - Micromanaging owner who makes you feel like you have no value - Belittling management team that doesn't listen to feedback or help make the workplace better or curb the psychotic owner - Unrealistic expectations of unmanageable timelines. Even if you stay late, work on the weekends, and give 150% it is never enough.
