Pros
Pactron is relatively small for a manufacturing company, but the working environment is friendly and sincere. It seems like everyone does a little of everything, and even as an intern engineer I was able to get involved in a broad spectrum of debugging, testing, manufacturing, and engineering tasks. Despite my lack of experience, I felt respected and had extensive autonomy to work on important tasks. However, I received critical guidance while working on tasks that involved concepts that were unfamiliar to me. I made friends, I learned a lot, and they take care of their employees.
Cons
As with any smaller company, work can become stressful and you may need to wear many hats at Pactron, especially during the rush before shipping large orders for customers.
