If you are part of the assembly team it is a good place to be.

Cons

The company's main focus is on PCB assembly. Hardware team does not have much challenging work. If you are fresher then good luck as there is no growth or development plan for newcomers nor company provides any training. Management got no interest, plan or vision for company and employee growth.
