When decisions are made, they’re usually grounded in customer impact and long-term thinking, not short-term optics. If you like solving meaningful problems, working with capable colleagues, and being held to a high standard, it’s an energising place to be.
Cons
Paddle is scaling quickly, and like any business growing at this pace, some processes and structures are still evolving. That means there are real opportunities to improve how things work. Whether that feels exciting or frustrating really depends on the environment you enjoy. If you prefer very defined structures and predictability, it may feel challenging at times. If you enjoy building, shaping, and improving things as you go, it’s a great place to be — it certainly is for me.
