Prospective employees beware -- company in turmoil - Product Manager Paddy Power Betfair Employee Review

Highly political environment, lack of clearly communicated vision/strategic direction, very poor internal communications. Not a fun working environment (which is highly ironic, considering it's a gaming company -- felt more stifling and depressing than working for a large bank/conglomerate). A bit of a race to the bottom as poor performers don't get penalized and good employees aren't rewarded (and therefore get frustrated and leave).
