      Pros

      Betfair used to pay well, without actually knowing what their employees actually did day to day, as middle management was so dysfunctional.

      Cons

      No longer a technology company - as stated by the new ex-Sportsbook CEO. Now only focused on outsourcing IT to cheaper countries and to a bunch of bad TCL programmers (the latter also slavishly used by the non-tech bookie competition: William Hill and Paddy Power).
