Challenging environment that allows to implement change by projects Top technology, money was never a problem on big projects Tons of smart and committed people Salary and benefits were very good
Cons
Clear communication from the top is dreadful or non-existent. You are expected to read minds .Project managers are not valued, mainly because the strategy is JFDI EXCO and Sponsors are not used to provide business justification in business value terms for any project. If a big fish wants a project, he will get it (hence the point of money never being an issue) Values had changed 3 times while I worked there.
