Where do you even begin, the new UK&Ireland CEO is toxic. Their behaviours are insidious, their tone on email beyond unprofessional and well across the line to bullying and aggressive. They talk a lot about Psychological safety and set conditions that create the opposite and nepotism is rife because they keep hiring people from their last employer. This review is not a reflection of the Group CEO and the Director Group across UKI are a great bunch of people but the new CEO is a seriously concerning hire and it’s widely held opinion of others. It’s only a matter of time that someone will go public. Flutter if you’re in the right team is a great place but UKI will suffer under an uninspiring leader, who creates a bottleneck by micromanaging every decision in the UKI.
