      Pros

      Can be a nice place to work at if you have a good team around you. Plenty of overtime available

      Cons

      If you have a family it won’t be the best place for you - working till 10:20pm few times a week. Not a lot of opportunities for development and pay isn’t great. Too many arguments with gambling addicts and constant pressure to perform well
