      culture growth opportunities office vibe easy to change careers and try something new even temporary sharesave

      Cons

      salary too much bureaucracy and layers of approval for anything hard to align with stakeholders as usually you end up with too many people involved and its a nightmare scheduling a meeting where you need more than 10 people and find a free slot that works for everyone
