The people here are amazing, they are very accommodating and value work-life balance. I don't ever feel shamed for taking time off or having to take off randomly for family emergencies.

The career growth is SLOW. The client work is very mediocre with small budgets, so there isn't a lot of big ideas being executed on. If there is, only the senior level employees get to work on it, leaving junior and mid-levels to not get that experience. I know people who have been at their current role for twice as long than the national average.
