We work very hard and it is a career advancement. I am extremely blessed to work with my manager, whom is extremely generous with his time to coach me on career development. I do agree there are hard day, long hours like 15+ hrs but everything is worth it for me personally.

Long hours, a bit lower pay, not a lot of process in place. There are lots of room for improvement and opportunity to raise above your position.

Great benefits, perks and management works hard to give their employees challenging assignments and really cares about growing careers. Bonus can be amazing if you are willing to go the extra mile and take on responsibilities.

Have grown a lot and hired a lot of people. You will struggle at Pakedge if you are not a self starter and are only interested in the free bagels.
