Pros
I've been working at Paligo for many years, and I honestly can't imagine a better workplace. Looking for a new job has never even crossed my mind, since I know for a fact I wouldn't get anywhere close to a similar work environment as Paligo (Speaking from experience of other workplaces). Amazing conferences, AW's, events and experiences. They truly care about and put effort in making everyone feel welcome and comfortable working there, which is my #1 reason for loving this place. It's also great to be able to work remotely, but I prefer working at the office with all the fun people (and to play tabletennis with them :D)
Cons
No cons! Any company will have it's difficulties when growing fast, but I've always felt that they prioritize the work environment and the people.
