      Best workplace imaginable

      Pros

      I've been working at Paligo for many years, and I honestly can't imagine a better workplace. Looking for a new job has never even crossed my mind, since I know for a fact I wouldn't get anywhere close to a similar work environment as Paligo (Speaking from experience of other workplaces). Amazing conferences, AW's, events and experiences. They truly care about and put effort in making everyone feel welcome and comfortable working there, which is my #1 reason for loving this place. It's also great to be able to work remotely, but I prefer working at the office with all the fun people (and to play tabletennis with them :D)

      Cons

      No cons! Any company will have it's difficulties when growing fast, but I've always felt that they prioritize the work environment and the people.

New Leadership: Since Rahul Yadav took over as CEO, the energy has shifted. His focus on product-led growth and AI integration is clear, ambitious, and exactly what the company needed to scale. Market Relevance: It’s rewarding to work on a product that is evolving from a technical documentation tool into a foundational piece of the Enterprise AI tech stack. Collaborative Culture: High-talent environment with a great balance of technical rigor and supportive teammates.

      Cons

      Fast-Paced: The pivot to AI-readiness means priorities shift quickly. You have to be comfortable with a high-velocity "scale-up" environment. Scaling Pains: As we move deeper into the enterprise space, internal processes are still being refined to match our rapid growth.

      Great people across departments. Largely remote working culture. Product actually is great.

      Cons

      Decision making at the top has been questionable. Transparency despite small teams is absent. Accountability from decision makers is low. Micromanagement
