Pros
I learned a lot during my time here. It’s a great place to learn about different designers, build product knowledge, and understand how the industry operates. The gowns are beautiful and there are opportunities to work with different designers.
Cons
Operations are very messy here. Because of lack of support, tasks within your job description can be blurred. It can be overwhelming and stressful due to lack of leadership and management. Often short-staffed due to high turnover rate. There is a lack of flexibility for work-life balance. Most importantly there is little room for growth potential and incremental pay raises.
