      Pros

      The people who are dedicated have been there for years and years, a great source of knowledge. Lots of learning.

      Cons

      The people who have been there for years and years are very set in their ways. No real advancement potential. The company policies are very stagnant. People on the management team will do anything to point blame at others and will put themselves first, teamwork is a boasted but not truely there. The employee turnover is immense and soul crushing Upper management is very harsh

      Company is focused to make this a great place to work. I enjoyed my experience in manufacturing great windows.

      Pros

      Short commute to Portland if you live in the surrounding area.

      Cons

      They don't know what the production schedule is going to be day to day, so the work schedule is very volatile. You may be asked to leave work 30 minutes after you arrive or you may be told you have to stay until 8 or 9 PM. If they have a good sales day, expect to stay until the work is done, if they don't expect to be told they don't need you to come in at all.
