The pay is competitive for the area, and some colleagues are experienced and willing to help new employees settle in.

The company struggles with poor communication and inconsistent management decisions. Employees are expected to adapt to last-minute changes in production schedules without sufficient notice, creating unnecessary pressure and frustration. Staffing levels often fail to match the workload, leaving employees stretched across multiple responsibilities. Overtime is available but can seem inconsistently distributed, which leads to frustration among employees who are willing to work extra hours. There is little recognition for employees who consistently perform well, and feedback is usually given only when something goes wrong. The overall atmosphere can feel negative, with low morale and high turnover making it difficult to see a long-term future with the company.

Pay can be decent if you put the hours in.

Cons

Management are useless, ran by kids. Face has got to fit for overtime. You are asked Tuesday morning what you are expecting to work the week after and find out half an hour before you finish on Friday if it’s approved. Bradford system of points where if you’re late, have an emergency, need to use a late holiday, don’t work the overtime you put down or are sick you’re called in for a meeting. In other words you can’t have a life and have got to worship the place to see any benefits.
