Worst Management, They even don't deserve this 1 star also, Don't go for this company it is far and far better to seat at home instead of joining this company. Few People will make you seat for more than your working hours unnecessary only for their OT purpose, and you will not get anything, When you ll go for join this company they will ask you to submit your original certificate (College Mark sheet) , Please don't dare to do such foolish mistake, The best thing of this company is that when you want to have breakfast, lunch or anything then you have to wait for bell ring same likely happens when you were in school when bell ring then only you are allowed to leave you seat :-D. Few staff from HR team will react like hell and make you feel insulted by shouting in front of everybody (No Self-Respect), only when if your coming 5 min late after completing your lunch Period. Also If your on cell phone having words with your family, some personal talk , or even if it an emergency case etc.. while you in working hours then you will be warned, and will suggest you call from office landline in front of them even it's a personal talk (I Think they forget the meaning of Personal) No privacy at all.
