only good for fresh graduates and new expats in the country as a first job
Cons
NO procedures NO policies NO organizational chart NO clear job descriptions. The company is owned by Syrians but it's actually run by Filipinos back stage which are racist to everyone else, Full of politics and back stabbings. HR department is a joke. You'll find two or three professionals in the company that are the actual working engine for it but they're really unappreciated at all.
