Pros
Salary on time and visa, that's it.
Cons
First of all, they ask you to keep your passport for "safety reasons". Which according to the law is not allowed, but they put it in the terms that you are giving it to them "willingly". The truth is that they push you to give it to them. 10 h work with 30 min break. Extreme micromanagement. CCTV is everywhere to make you feel observed and under pressure. They hire you for a role, but they throw on you any type of task and responsibility not related to your job, and you end up doing anything but not your real job. Of course no gratitude about it. There are no real competencies from the management, who want to demand without any timeline, everything is priority on top of priority and there is no real structure of what to do. If you say no to something because you know it's not your job, they will tell you that your time is their time. So you have to do what they say. And if you don't, expect to be treated like you are worth zero. Salary deductions for every minute you are late. Attendance system even if you go to the washroom or to fill up your water. No growth unless you put your dignity under their shoes. No performance evaluation. Not allowed to take your leave freely, they want you to take 30 days in a row and the rest of the year you get rotten in the office. They even pushed to take the holidays during Ramadan, so for them it will be less loss. They don't give value to anything you do. There is no table for having lunch, but it's not allowed to eat at your desk or in the kitchen, and not enough time to go out and eat properly. So people eat in the fire exit like cockroaches. Not even a cheap teabag is provided. Oh, at least they give you water. They promise to review your salary after a year, but then they never call you to discuss it. And if you are brave enough to ask for it, they avoid the topic or find any excuse not to do it.
