Pariveda has a strong culture that encourages learning and helping others. If you enjoy being part of a team (both on and off of projects) then Pariveda is a great place to work. Cons
Project work can be fluid at times, which can cause additional stress on employees (especially if travel is required). The current career paths are clear from Consultant to Vice President, but the roles you can play to get there are not well defined. Some employees struggle to stay motivated at certain levels because career growth is restricted by annual promotions.
