Pros
- You will learn some professional skills if you are starting off in your career
Cons
- Management top heavy, making the most of it monetarily during the last phase of their career here. - No worthy contributions from most of the senior folks for a long time, just manage to hold on to their positions year in and year out. - Clique'y - diversity and inclusion are tag lines. If you are not like them or you don't mold - it is a long haul and you will be exhausted. Company jumps on every social responsibility bandwagon with very little to show for it. - Feedback is guise for how they would like to mold and manage you and your career. - Not a good place to build your career, don't fall for the niceties during the interview process. You'll be better off in industry, have seen examples of folks being stuck for a long time but manage to do really well once they get out. - Most of them are nice on the outside, lot of backstabbing and politics.
