Pros
- Good for recent grads so they can practice different technologies only to have a surfaced knowledge in these technologies but don't stay here long term if you want to grow. - Good work-life balance but again that depends on the team and the client you work with.
Cons
-Only one career path is available which pushes you to business and sale, so you start as developer and then the only path is to be sales/account manager. - Lack of experienced/senior people to learn from and to guide you when you are assigned to a project that uses technologies you have no experience in. -Leadership cares more about sales than implementing solutions in the right way. - Toxic environment and lack of diversity. - Most of the projects are written in a bad code that doesn't follow best practices or following the coding standards.
