Feedback is appreciated and welcomed at all cohort levels. This is an organization that truly cares about the well being and health of the individual just as much as the firm. You will be pushed out of your comfort zone, but in the best way possible. The insurance is fully paid for your entire family, there's a generous HSA program in place, and an endless number of other resources available for every employee.

There is a constant demand for meetings over Zoom that could easily be handled in an email or shared deck.
