Pros
Pariveda has proven to be a company full of employees that care about each other. Not only do most employees dedicate a lot of time to the growth and development of others, but they are genuinely understanding of how personal life can impact who you are as a professional. Don't get me wrong, there is a lot of work to do and high expectations for it, but there is also a lot of thought put into what someone can handle and when.
Cons
Pariveda is evolving as a company so some times it feels like there is a lot of change happening with a lack of communication. However, this is inherent at any company that's growing and evolving.
