Pros
They care a lot about their employees, and put a ton of time into formal mentorship and enablement programs. The projects are interesting and engaging, and often lead to personal growth.
Cons
The HR policies directly contradict with the Expectations Framework, which is their transparent requirements for raises and promotions. E.g., If you enter the job with years of experience, and in self and 360º evals, you determine that your level should be several above where you are currently, the HR policy only allows for 1 level growth per year, which could stifle A players from feeling like there is upward mobility.
