Dynamic company, opportunity to grow, great office, company activities

Cons

The management style is quite controlling. Every task was closely monitored. This micromanagement stifled creativity and problem-solving, leading to a stressful work environment where employees felt they were constantly under scrutiny. There was a lack of support from supervisors, and mistakes were met with criticism rather than constructive feedback. Over time, the pressure to perform increased significantly, with higher targets and more demanding performance metrics being introduced regularly. Despite the added responsibilities and expectations, there were no corresponding salary increases or additional benefits. This imbalance led to widespread dissatisfaction and a feeling of being undervalued and overworked.

Working remote and not having to meet the team in the office.

Please I'm telling you, don't work here, it's a terrible company, here's my experience: After 3 weeks I was fired, for no reason. When I asked my manager for reasons, they said: We're sorry it's not a cultural fit, they blame me for the cultural fit when in reality they have 0 culture. They have no idea how to train people, the sales team is really small and there is 0 opportunity to grow. There are literally people in the company who have been there 10 YEARS doing the SAME job as people who have been there 2 YEARS. They are a mutlimillion-dollar company but they are cheapskate, here's a fun fact, they try to save money on crm and basic tool, I mean they have 1 crm account shared between 3 people just to save money, they also try to save money on people there are entire european market manage just by 1 person. Inside the company everything is a mess, customers complain every day, they use 5 different tools to save money, they hide negative reviews for customers, no process BS meetings and inept leadership. I don't recommend this company unless you are really desperate. By the way, if you are hired for an account manager role, expect to do 3 jobs (sales, marketing and customer support) but only get paid for one.

The atmosphere in the sales department is amazing and overall in the company. People care and are there to help if needed.

Cons

Communication could be better about important subjects and salaries could improve.
