Benefits are not same across india - Assistant Manager Parle Agro Employee Review

1. No saturday off for branch offices. Its unfair to have off in HO but not in branch offices. 2. Communication very poor between ho and branch offices . 3. Medical allowances are worst i have seen . 4. Zero Employee engagement programs in Brnach office. 5.Even Assistant managers need to travel overnight by bus whereas other company have flight/car allocation for managers. food allowance is only 500 in upcountry which is very less compared to industry standard. 6.Not 100% ethical in terms of distribution and sales return.
