1. The promoters are hands-on, this means employees need to match their speed in a very limited time, this is assiduous and leads to altercations, leaving frustrated and lost employees (atleast new ones) 2. Trust deficit from promoters end on outside professionals 3. IT systems are geriatric 4. The old and long timer employees are always hiding information and extremely slow, some of them have never seen the outside world so are doing the maximum damage to a good organization 5. Discipline is missing but fear is prevalent. 6. Very few knowledgeable professionals at top position.

Org full of dirty politics, lack of accountability, sr management is full of either inefficient white elephants or ppl past their retirement who are good for saying yes mam or sir all the time. has the most unclassy senior management i have ever seen with abuse being a regular part or any conversation. people operate with almost no rational or facts, just instinct and a false belief of a know it all attitude. ppl just play ping pong all day with very few people actually working to get things done. working in this place for a long time will make you professionally redundant but will increase your skill on how to avoid work, play dirty politics and extrapolate your meaningless and unimpactful achievements. my advice take a salary revision and jump. place is only meant for inefficient ppl who cant find a job outside
