Pros

None!! The concept is really good but the rest is history!

Cons

Starts and ends with the CEO(LOL) Eric Sanchez!! THIS IS A SHOP AND NOT AN COMPANY. No standards whatsoever. The people who work here are nice but the management is poor. . CEO is more like a kid and less of an professional. .Seriously consider working here only for TIME PASS or on summer holidays. . Poor "Start Up" culture. . Zero Empathy

Thank you for your review. Though we do not feel this review is an accurate reflection of the company or CEO, we understand that not every employee has the same experience. Our business does not start and end with the CEO – we are a full team with multiple facets and personalities. There may be conflicts at times, just like with any team or family – but we work through the conflict and resolve it, and find that we are better for it. We are not a shop – we are a managed IT services company with many satisfied and happy clients – supporting both businesses and individuals in multiple industries. We have high standards for both the work we perform, and the caliber of people we hire. We have fun while working hard – and we stay professional in the process. Our employees work here to gain valuable experience and to be a part of a growing team. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with the company was not valuable to you. We have a thriving work culture, and are continually improving. I am certain that you will find a better fit for your skills in another environment.

Pros

-The team. We are comprised entirely of very intelligent, diligent and selfless individuals. I love working with this team because it truly feels like a team. Whether it's help with a complicated task, elevated access needs, helping one another meet scheduled client obligations or working to improve internal processes, tooling & documentation, collaboration with this team is as effortless as it is encouraged. -The clientele. We routinely work with the same folks and building chemistry and relationships with our clients has been one of the highlights of my time here. Tech problems can be an anxiety ridden experience for people, but our clients are always polite and professional. Some of them are even funny. -Scope of support. As an MSP we provide comprehensive IT solutions for a wide range of businesses and industries. Each client's environment is different from the next. For me personally, as someone who made a fairly recent a mid life career change, this exposure to a myriad of systems and platforms ensures I am learning and improving my skillset everyday, and adding value to my team. -Small but mighty! This team is small, making it easy to build chemistry with the entire team, even while working entirely remote. More importantly, it allows us to be agile in meeting our client and internal needs. We can quickly adapt to change. Process, tooling and documentation changes can be suggested and implemented swiftly without the bureaucratic red tape of a large corporation. -Organized! The detail Parried operates in is truly exceptional, and well thought out. There are very few instances where I won't know when, where, why or how to do anything. In those instances, I know I can count on my team.

Cons

I'll never complain about working remotely, but sometimes I miss stealing other people's lunch.

Pros

Great Benefits and co-workers. Management is always trying to adapt to changes within the industry and make sure employees have all the resources they need.

Cons

Due to the remote nature of the job and call queue can make the slow periods fell extra slow and the busy periods feeling like you can't take a breath. Thankfully most of the time the work and day moves at a steady pace.
