Pros
Some good front line workers, highly skilled and lovely people Potential in the product - could be field leader
Cons
Poor team management - most managers have a superiority complex and have been known to use this to ‘manage out’ people who they do not gel with. Blatant favouritism, the more they personally like you, the better treatment you get. Poor internal processes - general workplace processes are neither here nor there at partnerize, lateness, absence, flexible working etc do not have any definitive/office wide guidelines. You may be expected to travel a lot and work outside of office hours but then be patronised and demeaned for being 5 minutes late one day. All take no give - you’re expected to work ‘above and beyond’ constantly yet there will be no recognition, benefits or bonus offered. Poor salaries compared to other similar employers - partnerize salaries for most non-management roles are around 15-20% lower than similar companies offer. If you question your salary or seek a rise, you’re most likely to be shot down, be told you need to achieve ‘x, y & z’ before you can be considered and go round in circles as though it’s a hassle for a manager to even look into. Massive reduction in social events - there used to be great office parties and nights out! These are now pretty much non existent. Most social events now are just a trip to the pub which you’re expected to fund yourself. Overall the company seems to struggle with the rapid growth over the past year or so. Taking on too much new business for the company and staff to handle effectively. I used to really enjoy working here, in the end it seemed like a poorly managed contact centre rather than a top tech company.
