I came to work for Partners from another ABA company, and the amount of support, knowledge and prioritizing fun, positivity and the well-being of staff and clients is overwhelming. I feel very supported, and I can tell management cares about work-life balance, and prevention of burnout.

Cons

Sometimes things can get chaotic with frequent unexpected changes
