Pros
The company looks after its employees and offers many financial, health and social benefits. But you are expected to work hard and push yourself. It's definitely a 'work hard, play hard' mentality. PasTest gave me a fantastic opportunity to come in and learn a lot of new team leader and project management skills and the staff are supportive and friendly.
Cons
At the time when I started, there had just been a huge change within the company structure and there was a huge backload of work. I am not afraid of working hard, but unfortunately I was quickly pushed to my limits and could not see a way to help clear my workload, keep up with my various projects and also meet the high targets put onto me by the management team. There was plenty of opportunity for me to voice my opinions and ideas, but not a lot anybody could do to actually help me - the work just had to be done and I had to find a way. Perhaps if I had arrived at a different time, things might have been different and more manageable.
