Pros

There is 2 office dogs who are lovely but shy . Small amount of the staff are semi helpful

Cons

You will be dropped into a finance recovery role and expected to work a complicated c4c system with no proper training . The training you will receive will be via a headset on a laptop for 3 weeks where you learn none of the practical skills you need . The bosses are rude and so used to the turnover in staff that they pay no attention to employees . The role in itself is to harass people to pay their date while being watched / micro managed every minute of the day Lunch and breaks are unpaid ! You’ll be there for 9 hour shifts with 2 fifteen minute breaks and half an hour for lunch . They also schedule your lunch and breaks for you .

None come to mind at all.

Everything- training was extremely poor 3 weeks of learning nothing about the job and thrown into calls with no help. Managers not were not nice to new starts and made to feel unwelcome. 10 minute toilet break for 9 hour shift Customers screaming at you on calls Debt collection and told to have no empathy for customers High staff turnover and seen advisors cry even in training, due to getting no help from sme or management. No canteen food and toilets blocked always Poor work shifts and no consideration for employees mental health, work life balance, it is toxic! I stayed here for 1 month but left as i knew this job was by far the worst i had ever came across. Please do not work here!!
