      Very flexible workplace, working from home or office. Fair pay. Collegial working place.

      Cons

      Poor leadership skills from direct manager: quick to point out what they don't like without offering their view on what 'good' looks like. Impossible to meet expectation. Making up false stories about unhappy client when they were not.
