Toxic management - Anonymous employee Patheous Health Employee Review

Toxic manager, employees are not treated equal, overtime without extra pay while others leave early without having to to take PTO or loose wages. Low salary, manager will make up untruth statements to get ahead. No straight rules or guidelines. I was fired for needing to be out for surgery for cancer over email and many untruth statements were made. It caused me financial and mental strain. I loved it and miss my coworkers,but I was treated very unfairly.
